Geoff and Nancy Ficke offer clients a combined 50 years of
varied experience in all areas of sales, marketing and consumer
product development. Their unique career responsibilities
include extensive work in the United States, the European
Union and Asia. Whether working with entrepreneurial startups,
funding and venture capital, new product launches or established
businesses, Geoff and Nancy Ficke have enjoyed an unusually
diverse range of creative opportunities.
Geoff
Ficke has spent over 30 years working in consumer product
sales, marketing, and product creation. A graduate of the
University of Kentucky, he was formerly National Sales Manager
for Vidal Sassoon, President of Fashion Fragrance, Paris,
President of Parfum Pierre Wulff, Paris and founder of a number
of startup companies. Geoff Ficke provides years of senior
level corporate development and capital formation experience
to the firm's selective base of clients. Geoff Ficke has a
wide range of international and domestic experience including
mass market, department store, specialty retail and direct
response product placement. He has created funding opportunities
for numerous ventures.
Nancy Ficke is a graduate if the University of Cincinnati.
She spent over 20 years as a senior buyer and merchandiser
of cosmetics and fragrances for several major divisions of
Federated Department Stores. Nancy worked with Halston and
Guerlain as a sales executive and national account manager
and helped launch the Guerlain Boutiques in major groups such
as Neiman Marcus in the United States. She has successfully
consulted with a wide range of clients for the past 4 years.
Nancy's unusually full background of successful history as
retailer and marketer provides a unique perspective for each
project she undertakes.
Geoff and Nancy Ficke are listeners. Years of experience
dealing with large companies such as Esteé Lauder and
smaller startups such as Indian Earth have taught them many
lessons. A proper understanding of markets, realistic planning,
product positioning and an honest assessment of investment
risk have contributed to their success. The clients needs
must be clearly understood, and all collaboration is undertaken
from a team viewpoint. The only goal is to advise based on
honest, direct evaluations of market opportunities and a realistic
view of product potential. Any project undertaken must pass
